I first heard about the IceCube Neutrino Observatory in Antartica on a long kind of roundtable on all kind of strange topics with claims it can also act as mind control, earthquake manufacturing, and interstellar communications at greater than light speed.
Here’s what the thing officially is according to wikipedia:
The IceCube Neutrino Observatory (or simply IceCube) is a neutrino observatory constructed at the Amundsen–Scott South Pole Station in Antarctica.[1] The project is a recognized CERN experiment (RE10).[2][3] Its thousands of sensors are located under the Antarctic ice, distributed over a cubic kilometre.
Similar to its predecessor, the Antarctic Muon And Neutrino Detector Array (AMANDA), IceCube consists of spherical optical sensors called Digital Optical Modules (DOMs), each with a photomultiplier tube (PMT)[4] and a single-board data acquisition computer which sends digital data to the counting house on the surface above the array.[5] IceCube was completed on 18 December 2010.[6]
DOMs are deployed on strings of 60 modules each at depths between 1,450 and 2,450 meters into holes melted in the ice using a hot water drill. IceCube is designed to look for point sources of neutrinos in the teraelectronvolt (TeV) range to explore the highest-energy astrophysical processes.
In November 2013 it was announced that IceCube had detected 28 neutrinos that likely originated outside the Solar System.[7]
Then there’s longer in-depth information via remote viewing with modern technological scientific research added on later the about the observatory’s capabilities to send and receive encoded messages in neutrinos; detect other information like radiation signatures from (UAF) crafts as well as detect artificially created signals from other civilizations:

remember the 2012 movie with the
neutrinos that come from the Sun that
goes in and effect of the microwaves and

Deep core energies and by that heat up

it affect the core before the planet
does it does it go in and create a
microwave heating properties off our
planet is that part of the heat waves
there’s a lot of questions that can
arise from that but my gut feeling of
that one right now is that since it’s
CERN that’s behind that one then we’re
talking about these kind of things where
they have created the different types of
sub-particles they via the hydrogen
collider they have they have divided the
atom into six sub-particle levels which
is an artificial reality that is an
attempt to try and tie into levels of
the quantum fields that connects with
the 5D and my feeling about neutrinas
and this Observatory posits are in the
the um the Antarctica which is the South
Pole which if you go with the Stargate
analogies that’s where we have Stockade
one that’s the original one that’s where
the energies come in they imagine when
you talk about the magnetic field around
the planet the energies coming from
below they they are emitted at the top
of the planet and they have already
altered the spin of the planet so the
the tilt of the planet sorry about that
so we’re now tilted towards the dark
Galactic core so the question is is that
neutrino Observatory is that actually
going into giving adding in different
kind of configuration to the magnetic
field that will eventually change the
the ionosphere the minute if you’re
around the planet so that’s it’s just
simple as that who’s behind that is the
good guys or is the bad guys if it’s the
bad guys then they’re in the process of
altering the magnetic field completely
around the planet which was shifted into
a different timeline is it the good guys
well then it’s a matter of does it align
within the future human Humanities that
are part of what we call the the
parallel six-dimensional races so we can
we can go with discussion about that
right now it’s connected to the Fifth
Dimension so the question is is there an
attempt to try and alter the ionosphere
and buy that on do or scatter some types
of the dark light Technologies and how
they are here so we can go down from
there I don’t know that’s just throwing
in a lot of speculation so that’s the
