hold us all this is Josh default of

English Countryside now

in June 2023 this is just a quick intro

that I wanted to kind of preface this

beautiful

this is called a Dharma talk Dharma talk

by Randy she sent me kind of privately

and I’ve got it approved to publish now

what makes this really unique is that

she hasn’t studied a lot of the formal

teachings

uh in a way most people have and

therefore she doesn’t have like the same

kind of language but it points pretty

much the same thing and this is a great

New Angle I feel and it’s of course it

comes from all self-discovery I would

say I mean of course she has some

exposure to formal teachings and text

but not much so the language she uses is

unique

and my heart really leaped up when I

heard this

so this is a continuation or an

expansion on two videos she recently did

on YouTube called meta perspectives on

energy and consciousness

and then on the depth of mindfulness and

the practice of being harmless

sorry I’m a little winded from walking

for a few hours so

oh and one more thing I want to

emphasize if someone’s in a rough place

maybe it needs to be preferenced with an

emphasis on care she does mention care

I find that needs to be more emphasized

in this in my personal opinion

especially to those going through

challenging times when your message is

like kind of insignificant and I don’t

mean any anything in the world I mean

she uses a lot more heart filled

language than that

but this what notion that some people

call emptiness

it’s kind of the more popular term for

it but what is really the kind of flavor

of that the essence of that is actually

this most people call it compassion and

she mentions a few things she mentions

care to me it’s a deep heartfelt quality

of care

kindness all the great heart qualities

we can have so I just want to over

emphasize that if someone’s kind of

Bleak on their outlook on life

especially the sargadata Maharaja quote

I love something like wisdom tells me

I’m nothing love tells me I’m everything

between these two my life flows

okay sit back and enjoy this and

see that it is

at least in my opinion quite unique

and really

touches deeply and profoundly and you’ll

get a new perspective

and way of viewing some of these

teachings

that will add on to those public talks

and be even shorter and more direct in

some senses

the size I did which I coined the anata

exercise whether or not that’s true

as I said but I’ll just repeat it a

little bit with a little bit more

expense extensive explanation is that

the the idea is that we wire our five

scanners

go in and interpret situations we

process information we

we make our perspectives of these

situations via our different forms of

conceptualizations and lots of answer

words right

um of how we’ve interpreted the

situation we build a kind of a sense of

self within that situation where we

either explain what we did was right or

wrong or how it relates to also how we

relate to the situation or other people

and in that we get energetically

entangled

uh via all of our thought processes our

interpretations and the type of energy

we use in that interpretation and in

these thought processes meaning that if

we exercise

a harmful Behavior then that becomes the

energy pattern our emotional field if we

exercise loving kindness then that that

type of energy that’s built into our

emotional field so the whole game is of

course in mindfulness practices and in

the both the the everyday lived

mindfulness and our observances of what

we do and what we do not do and how we

respond to these situations is the

understanding of the energetic

implications it has on our Fields so

that’s the that’s the true for me the

true understanding of mindfulness is to

understand these are the energetic

consequences of our choices and the way

we choose to respond and by that create

that chain of reactions that goes with

the initial event and the way we choose

to respond to it not our actions but the

way we choose because it’s the choice

that instigates the the peaking of

energy our choice determines the type of

energy that we’re utilizing and then

that leads to the actions that leads to

the reactions that leads to the chain of

entrapments let’s call it that instead

of calling it karma

um so the whole point of the the

exercise and the the dissolving of all

of these rising and and

falling Dynamics as it is we know we

understand when we go in and see

everything as energy then we also

understand that all of these

choices and incidents and events and

thoughts and processes and Scandals and

everything is Just Energy

so if you put it to the meter

perspective where we see everything as

energy we also understand that that’s

not important for who and what we are

because technically when we go into

everything is pure energy there is no I

that determines what’s right and what’s

wrong there’s Just Energy there’s just a

rise and fall of different forms of

Energies

and then the next step of that exercise

is to go into be absorbed in the

understanding of this is Just Energy

fluctuating energy that shifts form

that comes in different ways and and we

can ride with it or against it or not at

all and then once we begin to understand

these Dynamics then we go in and do the

same with our scanners and in that

dissolving of the scanners which we

understand are tools of perception tools

of interpretation tools of how we

conceptualize things

all used to build a structure around

what we perceive to be us as a being as

a living being as someone who exists

within this reality field and once we

understand that then we dissolve the

scarness and the sense of self within

this kindness and the ideas and the

entanglement it leads to the tices to

our choices because our choices is made

from an idea of this is me this is this

is important to me and with that

understanding that we say well this is

important to me we also understand that

that me is not really a valid structure

in the terms of um

energy that fluctuation changes form

because with that we also understand as

I always say that our eye or me is a

tool similar as the scanners and with

that understanding we can dissolve that

tool we can remove that tool we can for

a period of time just be

energy and that’s where we’re going to

the body I understand the body’s not

real either the everything is not real

in the manner of that it it exists

eternally and whatever we come down to

is that the only thing that really

exists eternally are the cycles of

energy the Calpers it is the different

Realms it is the construction of the

cosmology itself it’s not the beings

that are in it there an expression of

different forms of energy different

experience expression of different forms

of Consciousness and as we go into that

I understand we also understand our

fleeting moment in time that we are just

like the wind that we are not important

that what we cling on to it’s not

important that the relationships we have

are not important that what we find to

be our Creations are not important what

we what we have expressed is not

important either since everything is

Just Energy when it comes down to it

and in the understanding that we don’t

really know what cautiousness is other

than we can see it expressed in

different forms and different variations

how it interacts with energy and by that

understanding of this

whatever that is the Dynamics the

energies that creates these

transformative processes that’s the best

way I would go in and express

Consciousness is that it has the ability

to work with energy and create

transformative processes

from where we get new opportunities to

develop different forms of

hoils those feels perception levels or

whatever it is which we again understand

is just another cycle that has a

beginning that has an ending that rises

up and ceases to exist and with that

also saying well is the Consciousness as

we understand in a prevailing

Consciousness there’s the same as it

goes through all of these cycles of

existence and rising and falling and

Calpers and cycles of energy and what

have you and we also understanding that

where we just become fluent energy and

we also go into the understanding of

being fluent

Consciousness as an awareness that

observes the rise and follow we also

understand that that in itself is also

something that really has no origin that

really has no

um

eternity to it because that’s changeable

as well so the whole point of that

exercise is to go through all of our

concepts of where we think that this is

me or this is the Eternal essence of me

or this is something that is important

or this is something that has a position

or this is something that matters and go

into the exercise where we realize that

none of it is important none of it

matters none of it is something that

gives us the the self-identification

points where we can justify our

existence because we understand that in

essence we are not in control of our

existence in essence that our existence

is not determined by what we do and what

we do not do so the whole exercise

is releasing all of these chords of

energy

that we have created to Puff ourselves

up to be something that’s important to

Puff ourselves up to be something that

is more significant than others and once

we understand that we’re absolutely

insignificant that we do not matter in

the great scheme of things we also

understand that because we don’t matter

then we also have that sense of

how can we go in and say okay since I

don’t matter

and I’m significant

then why it’s important for me to take

the responsibility of my choices if I’m

really not significant if I really don’t

matter as a fleeting moment in time as a

leaf in the wind as a feather that just

floats on the behalf of the wind and

whatever’s going on around me and why is

that important to understand that a

feather can weigh a ton

because the actions of a Feather

wherever it goes can have these

ramifications that you know the ripple

effect as in the butterfly effect that

this is important that even though I do

not matter it is still important for me

to be responsible for my actions and my

the way I perceive energy the way I work

with energy and that’s a bit of a

conundrum I’ve not got any answers for

right now the only thing I can say is

that when I touch that weird conundrum

that weird

dichotomy of non-importance and at the

same time taking a huge responsibility

for the understanding that even though I

am not important there is still an

importance in how I utilize energy even

though I’m completely insignificant what

it does is that it activates my heart

field in a very profound

deep

caring

love

and for me that’s that’s the that’s the

another exercise where you go through

all of these where you move from the

significance of the head

and how the mind constantly tells us why

we are important

into the understanding the Mind

understands it’s not important that we

are not important that nothing exists

forever and thereby there’s no need to

uphold the importance

of creating all of these ideas or why we

should be it should not be at the

Eternal self and all these kind of

things that goes with the mind the mind

is the master of the ego

and go into the insignificance of being

absolutely humble and nothing

but a feather

but that feather has this beauty in it

and that feather is light and that

feather follows the flows of the energy

of the world and with that

I can’t explain it why it does that to

me it’s not something I do but when I

connect to the feather and the feeling

of being the feather and being is

insignificant

then my heart goes completely into an

enormously High vibrational rate that

gives this feeling of

complete and utter kindness and complete

and utter

love is not the right word but it is

this

humongous huge heart that gives the true

understanding of

existence and what existence should be

all about
